Career Journey

Elizabeth is a graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in English. It was from there she returned to northeast Ohio and began working for a well-respected Cleveland law firm before moving to California and serving as Contracts Administrator for a world-renowned global architectural and design firm. After several years she followed her dream of attending law school, earning her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio in 2010.

Elizabeth began her legal career working at a Cleveland, Ohio law firm specializing in creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters. From there she spent several years as a criminal defense attorney before joining the in-house counsel team for a consortium of businesses throughout the United States. She spent six years in-house focusing on corporate law before founding her own practice. While attending law school Elizabeth served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Christopher Boyko at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She also worked at the Legal Defender’s Office in Akron, Ohio and at a Cleveland law firm that she later joined as an attorney.
